MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer All-in-One Production System
A Complete Full-Color Garment Transfer System with Printer, Curing Station, Heat Press and Starter Consumables
The MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer All-in-One Production System includes everything needed to print, powder, cure, press and finish professional full-color garment transfers.
The bundle includes a new Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 pigment inkjet printer with inks, a Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation, a 15" x 15" CraftPress and the complete MagicLine™ consumables system.
No printer conversion or ink-system modification is required. Print using the Epson printer’s pigment-based CMYK inks, then let the patent-pending combination of MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets, MagicLine™ Soft White Powder and MagicSeal™ Fusion complete the transfer process.
Because this system includes Soft White Powder, it can produce vibrant transfers for white, light and dark-colored garments.

The Complete MagicLine Production Workflow
- Conventional DTF systems generally depend on specialized printers, dedicated DTF inks, circulating white ink and frequent maintenance. MagicLine™ achieves the required color, opacity, adhesion and wash performance through a different three-part materials system.
- The included Epson® WorkForce Pro printer produces the full-color artwork using pigment-based CMYK inks. MagicLine™ Soft White Powder provides the opaque adhesive backing needed for transferring the design onto garments of virtually any color.
- The included DTFLINE HeatStation cures the powdered transfer, while the included CraftPress applies it to the garment. After peeling, MagicSeal™ Fusion helps lock in the pigment color and deliver the wash durability required for finished apparel.

How It Works
- Print with the Included Epson Printer
Print your mirrored design onto a MagicLine™ Transfer Sheet using the included Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 and its pigment-based CMYK inks. - Apply MagicLine™ Soft White Powder
Apply the powder evenly to the printed side of the transfer while the ink is ready to receive it. - Cure
Cure the powdered transfer using a compatible curing station or HeatStation. - Heat Press and Peel
Apply the cured transfer to the garment using a heat press, then peel according to the supplied instructions. - Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion
Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press. This final step helps keep the pigment inks from washing out and significantly improves wash durability.

Printer Compatibility Is Already Covered
Compatible Pigment Inkjet Printer Included - This system includes the Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820, eliminating the need to determine whether an existing printer and ink configuration are compatible.
Use the included printer with its pigment-based CMYK inks. Do not install dye-based inks, sublimation inks, conventional DTF inks or third-party white ink in the printer for this process.
No Additional Major Equipment Required
The compatible printer, curing station, heat press and initial transfer consumables are all included. Simply provide blank garments, a suitable workspace and the standard operating supplies described in the setup guide.
Initial Production Capacity
The starter supply includes 100 A4 transfer sheets and is designed to produce up to approximately 100 full-sheet transfers. Actual yield depends on design size, print coverage, setup sheets, testing and production technique.
Ventilation and Safe Operation
Operate powder-curing and heat-transfer equipment in a properly ventilated workspace. Follow the supplied instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling transfer powders, heated film and production equipment.
