Description
This NXT-GEN POWDER APPLICATION MACHINE is a compact version designed as an in-line addition to your Mimaki, Roland or STS / Mutoh DTF Printer. This machine has been specifically designed to work with the following DTF Printers:
- Mimaki DTF Printers (Mimaki TxF 300-75 and similar models with similar print speeds)
- Roland DTF Printers (including the Roland BY-20 and similar models with similar print speeds)
- STS DTF Printers (STS XPD-724 and similar models with similar print speeds)
- Other DTF Printers with print speeds (up to 90 sq ft per hour)
This NXT-GEN 32C DTF Powder Applicator and Dryer unit can cure DTF rolls up to 32 inches wide and is compatible with your Mimaki DTF Printer.

- Advanced Built-in HEPA 2 Layer Dual Air Filters: Filter out any fumes from DTF powder. Low maintenance, easy to replace filters.
- Advanced Film Detector: With the effective film sensor, it automatics turns off and on the power station, and heating elements which results in a lower power requirement.
- Low Power Consumption: 1300W / 12A / 110V - can be plugged into a regular 12A power outlet/socket.
- Advanced powder ventilation within the powder station: Heating fans help reduce any powder build-up in the powdering station, less maintenance.
- Air vacuum conveyor system: There's an air vacuum on the front and end of the conveyor to keep the films from slipping/moving, it aligns the dtf films to get even heating throughout the heater/dryer.
- Advanced Take-Up System: Additional tension bar to roll up the finished dtf films better and compact as needed.
- LED Touch Screen: Easy to monitor and control.
- Pre-Heating: Ensures better ink and power adherence.
- Auto-Powder Recycling: No need to manually recirculate powder.
- Double Heating: Upper & Lower Heating ensures a better quality print+powder curing. Use of high efficiency lamps saves up to 5KW over competing shakers.
