Description
Vastex D-100 conveyor dryer cures DTF Transfer Sheets or DTF Transfer Rolls. Can also be used to cure printed garments (such as screen printed or discharge-printed garments).
This Vasted Dryer has an adjustable heater height/angle, heat intensity and belt speed provide full operator control. Approx 50-100 T-shirt capacity per hour.
The Vastex Conveyor is the perfect entry level curing system if you want to save space and cost, as compared to the larger industrial sized powdering and drying machines (that can take up the size of a small room, and cost around $10,000).
Note that this is just a POWDER CURING machine (you still need to apply the powder manually), but you can work this conveyor dryer into your assembly line so as to dry/cure your transfer sheets or rolls, post powdering, and in a continuous, conveyor manner.
Comes with a Hi/Lo heat adjustment and variable belt speed. This provides you with full control over your Vastex DTF curing environment.

As of June 21, 2022, all new Vastex D-100 and D-1000 conveyor dryers began shipping with lids that feature a hole (which is used for exhaust extraction). Our Exhaust Option will mount directly on newer dryers without any modification. If you want to add a powered exhaust option to dryers shipped prior to June 21, 2022, a replacement lid must be purchased.
